Is MIDI converted with AI?
No. This tool uses deterministic local MIDI import in the NotationAI score engine. It does not call a language model or transcription service.
Why does converted MIDI need correction?
MIDI stores performed events rather than complete notation intent. Quantization, voices, spelling, articulations, and page layout usually need a musician’s review.
Can I edit the converted score?
Yes. After previewing it, continue in the NotationAI editor. You can also download the normalized result as MusicXML.
